SendSafe Privacy Policy

Data We Collect

We collect only data needed to provide the app:

• Text you enter for rewrite generation
• Optional "Their message" text in reply mode
• Selected tone and rewrite mode
• Anonymous app user ID generated by the app
• Usage counters and subscription status records

We do not require account signup for core app use.

How We Collect and Use Data

Data is collected when you use rewrite features, use templates/history, or make/restore a subscription purchase.

We use data to generate rewrites, enforce free/pro limits, prevent abuse, and maintain subscription access.

Third-Party Processing

To generate rewrites, submitted text is sent to OpenAI, L.L.C. (third-party AI provider) through SendSafe backend services.

Mobile subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play billing through RevenueCat. Web billing (if used) is processed by Stripe.

We do not sell personal information. Third-party providers are used only to deliver SendSafe services and are required to protect data with safeguards that are equal to or stronger than our own.

Permission

The app asks for permission before first sending text to OpenAI for rewrite generation, including draft text, optional "Their message" text, selected tone/mode, and anonymous app user ID.

You can choose "Not now" and decline AI processing.

If permission is not granted, rewrite requests are not sent to the AI provider.

iOS Purchases

On iOS, in-app subscriptions are purchased only through Apple In-App Purchase.
